Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions

This includes but is not limited to deepfakes, voice replication, or image generation tools. 3. License and Usage Restrictions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
